I have been working as an occupational and organizational psychologist, systemic coach and psychologist in a wide range of industries for over 15 years, with a particular focus on safety-critical areas such as aviation. In all these fields, one thing has become clear to me time and again: it is not just processes or structures that make the difference, but people themselves. I accompany people and organizations on their path to greater clarity, personal responsibility and genuine effectiveness. It is my conviction that sustainable development and growth can only occur where people feel seen, heard and understood.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Safety and efficiency in aviation and other safety-critical industries depend heavily on the human factor. With my EASA-compliant training courses, I support your team in developing an active safety awareness, regardless of department or position. I adapt the content individually to the specific requirements of your organization so that what you learn is put into practice. My coaching sessions and workshops are aimed at employees in development, production, maintenance and administration and are also suitable for industries such as aerospace, healthcare, food production, transportation and energy supply. Leader:SHIP<\/h4><\/div>

Leadership cannot be taught through theory alone, it comes from experiencing and dealing with real challenges. That’s why I developed the Leader:SHIP program, which makes leadership tangible. Together with the experienced skipper and manager Uli Eichner, we bring you into contact with your own leadership strengths, beyond chair circles and theory. On board a sailing ship, you will experience what it means to lead and to be led. We accompany you in an intensive, hands-on process. The focus is on communication, responsibility, trust and self-leadership, if desired also as part of a program for junior managers.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
