MANAGEMENT
Shaping culture, structure and the future
Successful companies are built on more than just numbers: They grow from a vibrant culture, clear structures and a shared vision. In my workforce management consultancy, I support managers who see people as a key factor for sustainable corporate success and want to develop their organization in this sense.
From my experience as an HR interim manager in companies with several hundred employees and in due diligence processes, I know that the quality of cooperation is crucial. Corporate culture is not a soft topic, it is a hard success factor. It influences motivation, the ability to change and, last but not least, the value of the company.
At the same time, clear processes are needed that provide orientation and enable personal responsibility. Structures should not be restrictive, but provide effective support.
My focus is on the sustainable improvement of work quality through the targeted interplay of culture, leadership, structure and responsibility. Especially in safety-critical industries, such as aviation, it is essential to establish a “just culture”: a culture that promotes openness and a willingness to learn.
I consciously work with strategies that suit your organization and your goals.
