This program was born from the combination of two passions – sailing and self-awareness. Since my first sailing trip, I have never let go of my fascination and now, as an FB3 skipper, I not only, but preferably, sail on the Baltic Sea. It’s not just the sailing itself, but also the harmony with nature, the power of the sea and the wind that allows you to come to yourself and reflect. Every experienced sailor knows that it’s about more than just technique, it’s about dealing with unstable conditions and passionate fellow sailors. It’s about leading and being led.

Sailing challenges managers in a special way: Communication, empathy, flexibility and clear decisions are required here. The sailing ship offers a lively, natural space to experience and reflect on these skills. It’s not about theory, but about real experience in harmony with the wind and waves, together with a team that relies on each other.

Together with Uli Eichner, skipper with many years of leadership experience as a CVE and project & department manager in the aviation industry, we invite managers and junior managers to come on board to experience leadership, get to know themselves better and question their own role.

On board, you decide which topics are important to you. There is no prefabricated program, but an individual coaching experience that really helps you move forward.
