Human Factors
Safety awareness starts with people
Safety and efficiency are inextricably linked to the human factor – whether in development, production or maintenance. As an experienced trainer, I offer EASA-compliant training courses that are specifically tailored to the requirements of Part 66, Part 145 and Part 21 J and G.
My training courses and workshops are not only aimed at employees in the maintenance organization, design organization or production organization. A practiced safety culture should permeate the entire company and be just as tangible for administrative staff as it is for technical departments. Maximum safety and efficiency can only be guaranteed if each individual internalizes safety awareness. Human factors and occupational psychology are concerned both with the interaction between people and with the safe design of interactions between people and machines.
Anchoring human factors in your company in a targeted manner
Are you looking for human factors training that goes beyond standard content and is specifically geared to the challenges facing your organization? I design the learning offer individually and practically, for development, maintenance, production or administration.
Relevant content directly from practice
I attach great importance to adapting the content to the individual requirements and work processes of your company. Only if the participants can identify with the content can what they have learned be anchored in the long term and put into practice effectively. Specific examples and challenges from your day-to-day operations are therefore incorporated into the training courses and workshops.
In addition to classic initial and refresher training courses for aviation organizations, I also offer my training courses for other safety-critical sectors, such as healthcare, transport, energy supply, food production and aerospace. The increasing integration of artificial intelligence into everyday working life not only increases the cognitive demands on people, but also the safety-related risks that can arise from misjudgements.
If you are interested in a training course or workshop for your industry, I look forward to hearing from you. I would be happy to discuss with you personally what a training concept for your industry might look like.
