My vision is for people to meet each other at heart and eye level. I consciously promote a culture in which mistakes are allowed because we can learn from them. Respect and honesty towards oneself form the basis for living these values in our dealings with others.
As a certified work and organizational psychologist, aviation psychologist and systemic coach and supervisor, I have specialized in coaching and organizational development, in particular the development of a Just Culture, as well as in supporting selection processes. My consulting firm combines many years of experience in personnel and organizational consulting with a broad network of international companies.
